Commissions Terms of Service
> I reserve the right to refuse any type of commission.If I cancel after payment, full refund will be given to client.*Client must pay 50% of total cost up front via PayPal invoice.Once invoice is sent to client, they have one week to pay before request is canceled.* I will not start work before down payment is received and I will not send refunds after payment in given.* Client may cancel at any time but I will keep any payment I have received as well as rights to artwork I have made progress on.* During work I’ll send watermarked progress reports. Client is entitled to minor changes at these stages, but I must have additional payment for major reworks that weren’t mistakes on my end.* I require some type of reference before payment, this can be visual or descriptive. If reference is descriptive I will most likely not get the exact look and this is better if you need a little more creative freedom for something like the design of a book character.I will not do rework changes for descriptive references.* Upon completion of commission I will send client the watermarked, low resolution of the finished work and request finished payment if not paid already.Client has a week to finish payment and upon full payment I will send proper unwatermarked, full resolution commission.If payment is not finished within 7 days, I will not send full resolution and I keep the full rights to my work.* After payment and artwork is completed, the commission is now property of the client to use non-commercially.However, I still maintain authorship credit and client cannot claim work as their own, alter work without permission and I may still post piece on my portfolio or social media at my discretion.* Client cannot sell or reproduce finished commission in any way without permission and further payment. Requests for this can be denied.* Commission must be finished within 30 days of down payment unless specified otherwise. If I do not complete it by then, client will receive full refund.If you need any clarification or want to talk to adjusting things I'm all ears!

> Resell, small redesign, commercial with credit, gifting, trading, adding on to are all okay! Just make sure the credit of design always goes to me, otherwise do mostly whatever you want!> NFT use, commercial without credit, big redesign, or use for things like hate speech is not okay! Do not do these things!!
